Meet the Team
Dave Williams RDMS, RMSKS
President, Lead Sonographer
Dave has been practicing ultrasound for 29 years. During that time he pioneered MSK scanning in Thunder Bay approximately 21 years ago. MSK scanning involves the detailed imaging of muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves associate with joints and limbs. Dave has assisted educating physicians and clinics across Canada in the performance and interpretation of MSK exams. He recently signed on as the MSK specialist with Mindray for western Canada. He has also been very influential in establishing the fetal heart screening protocols in the region through his close association with Sick Kids and Mt Sinai hospitals. Dave is also certified in NT screening. Over the years Dave has enhanced his education to become the regional high risk sonographer for obstetrics.
Dave began his ownership of what would become the Thunder Bay Diagnostics family of clinics in April 2000.
Lori Forester CFO
Assistant to President
Lori is the CFO, overseeing all the financial matters of the corporation. Lori has been influential in developing exposure technique charts, in her previous role as Lead Radiographer, ensuring the accuracy of billing and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Lori also provides very valuable input towards the strategic plan. Lori assists the president in all aspects of the operations. She is an invaluable member of the management team.
Riley Saunders MRT
Lead Radiographer
Riley joined the company in 2018 as a Radiographer. She has in her short time taken on the duties as Lead Radiographer and Lead Mammographer. Riley ensures all aspects of the x-ray department are compliant with ministry standards. As well she functions as lead Mammographer with the OBSP program. She is an invaluable member of the management team.
Brooke Hitchman
Lead Receptionist
Brooke joined the company in 2020 and has already advanced to the position of Lead Receptionist. She is responsible for the supervision and scheduling of the receptionist group, and functions as the direct liaison between the receptionists and management. Brooke also is an invaluable member of the management team.
