Holter monitor testing is a non-invasive method for continuously recording the heart's electrical activity over a distinct period of time. Unlike standard electrocardiograms, which capture only a brief snapshot of cardiac activity, Holter monitors provide extended monitoring during normal daily activities, improving the detection of irregular heart rhythms. The portable device is worn externally and uses electrodes placed on the chest to capture continuous data.
We are now accepting Holter monitoring requisitions up to a period of 30 days. Patients will receive instructions on how to wear the monitor, and once returned, the data is analyzed by a cardiologist or specialist.

For your convenience, this exam can be requested together with an echocardiogram and Doppler exam, receiving all your cardiovascular care in one appointment.
